We work exclusively with the leading conservation-led operators — Singita, &Beyond, Wilderness, Asilia, Great Plains and Mantis — to deliver privacy, expert guiding and direct contribution to the landscapes you visit.

Frequently asked questions

Which African country is best for a first safari?

Kenya and South Africa are our most-recommended first safaris — accessible, family-friendly, exceptional Big Five viewing and seamless to combine with a beach finale (Zanzibar or Mauritius for Kenya; Cape Town or Mozambique for South Africa).

What does a luxury safari cost?

Bespoke safaris typically start from £6,500 per person for 7 nights all-inclusive. Conservancy lodges, private mobile camps and combined gorilla-safari journeys range £10,000–£25,000+ per person.

How long should a safari be?

We recommend a minimum of 7 nights across 2–3 camps to experience contrasting habitats. For combined safari-and-beach, plan 10–14 nights.

Are private conservancies worth the premium?

Yes — conservancies allow off-road driving, night game drives, walking safaris and far fewer vehicles than national parks. They are the single biggest upgrade to a safari experience.

Are safaris suitable for families?

Many lodges welcome families with private vehicle, dedicated guide and family suites. Minimum ages vary by camp (typically 6–12).
